Hi! I’m Monica Aaron, a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) and the proud owner of A Balloon Affair. Since 2001, I’ve been honored to bring joy and excitement to numerous events with unique, eye-catching balloon décor.

My passion for decorating began during my college years at Georgia Southern University, where I created beautiful balloon displays for my Alpha Delta Pi sorority’s Rush Week. Little did I know that this hobby would grow into a lifelong passion. After expanding my skills at Ballooniversity in Athens, GA, I started A Balloon Affair shortly after the birth of my daughter, Ashlyn, in 2000.

Before fully dedicating myself to my business, I worked for about six years as the Event Coordinator and Decorator at the Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce. This role not only allowed me to hone my event planning and décor skills but also introduced me to the community as “The Balloon Lady.” Networking with Chamber members played a pivotal role in growing my business and remains a cornerstone of my success.

Being an active part of the Coweta and Fayette county communities is something I value deeply. I love collaborating with local vendors and working in some of the area’s most beautiful venues. My mission is to not only make your event extraordinary but to also continue sharing the joy and creativity that has been at the heart of A Balloon Affair for over 25 years.
